Abstract
This paper explores five published articles that report on results from research conducted with interviews and data collection analysis. The article discussing about system for effective and creative learning.  Principals and teachers work together to promote and develop the school. And to improve the system of effective and creative learning. This article also discussing about involvement of teachers and principals are variables of education, where they work together to promote and develop education in schools. Relationships between variables have good education and can motivate each other. From five article discussing about involvement of teachers and principals to learning.

Involvement of Teachers and Principals to Learning
Involvement of teachers is they provided some direction and motivation to the students, where the teacher doing teaching and learning with effectively and creatively( Cummings et al., 2006). Howefer principals who can oversee and give facilitate to the school environment, so that students can increase his academic achievement. And System for effective and creative learning.
Involvement of teachers is they developing professional learning activities. Teachers as support personnel in developing the standard of school education. Howefer Principals is education personnel to advance of school learning. And learning system will be effective if it has a good support personnel in schools (Sherman, 2008, p. 675). Involvement of teachers is they as a variable education that must be taught well. The process of teaching , make success students. Teachers encourage and give motivate to students. Howefer Principals is only to facilitate the needs of schools and learning systems. They have a good relationship. And there is support for both variables resulting learning system will be good (Hu et al., 2006).
Involvement of teachers is they performance very affects the learning activities. Teachers teach well and clearly. The success of teachers in teaching is very influential in the success of students. Howefer school principals to evaluate the learning process of the school. The school principal is a leader capable of guiding members of its personnel. School principals provide appropriate policy (Cummings et al., 2008). And the success of learning systems is caused by a factor of teachers and principals who work together. Involvement of teachers is they as educational variables have a shared responsibility to improve the structure of learning in school. Teachers are responsible for student learning. Howefer principals head set and improve the system in the school. Setting up the infrastructure for learning needs

Discussion
System for effective and creative learning. elementary principals develop and sustain high levels of student success. The principals were asked to characterize theleadership practices within their schools. Interviews with principals and teachers to the school environment. Teacher as a variable education that must be taught well with methode Increased surveillance, improving the quality of teachers and principals as educational personnel, interviews of personnel education.
Principals is only to facilitate the needs of schools and learning systems. They have a good relationship. Methode research is measures teachers’ efficacy to foster student learning and motivate students, collecting data from interviews of the teachers and principals of some schools.  Investigate the efficiency of the teacher in teaching. Then the success of learning systems is caused by a factor of teachers and principals who work together and learning system running with a good academic culture and current students. Methode research is using a semi-structured interview guide to collect data enabled exploration of participants’ personal perspectives, systematically interviewing the teachers and principals, and data collection analysis of the learning process. And then the data collection procedures from teachers and principals. The statistical procedures used to test the model.
